UPDATE ON THE FEDERAL PENSION PLANS AND SURPLUS LITIGATION February 3, 2005
The discovery phase of the litigation has been completed, and the plans for presenting this very complex case at trial are well underway.
The legal team for the Association of Federal Unions, which includes ACFO, and the Court have set November 15, 2005, as the date to begin the trial. It is likely to last two to three weeks. We will post a follow-up notice on this website once we receive a more detailed time-table.
