In November, we asked you to take part in the Spirit At Work survey so we could better understand your priorities as we head into the new year. The survey was designed to help us get a better understanding of the levels of engagement in our community. This included measures such as job satisfaction and career development opportunities. The survey was a big success due, in large part, to your participation.
