Comptrollership Awards nominations open

Nominations are now open for the 2011 Award of Excellence for Comptrollership in the Public Sector.

The annual awards program celebrates the success of federal public servants who have made significant contributions to financial management and/or comptrollership within the Government of Canada.

ACFO sponsors the awards program to both honour and raise awareness of the outstanding performance of public sector financial management professionals.

We would love to see an FI commended for the achievements of our Community.  We encourage you to nominate yourself or a colleague who deserves recognition in the categories of Innovation, Financial Leadership (CFO) and Lifetime Achievement. 

Submissions are free.  All nominations must be received by Friday, February 18, 2011. 

The awards presentation will take place during an awards dinner to be held in Ottawa in spring 2011.
