ACFO’s Compensation and Benefits Committee is currently looking for members as we prepare to enter into collective bargaining with Treasury Board and NAV CANADA.
As a committee member, your main function will be to prepare bargaining proposals and assist the negotiating team.
Participation is voluntary and open to all members of the FI Community. Committee members meet via teleconference and in person in Ottawa, as required. As both FI Collective Agreements (public service and NAV CANADA) expire in November of this year, we need volunteers from both bargaining units.
We are also inviting the entire FI Community to submit their suggestions for proposals to bring to the bargaining table.
