Update regarding Phoenix pay system

As you know, many federal public servants have been affected by issues regarding the Phoenix pay system that began to roll out in February, including FIs.

ACFO was consulted and informed about Phoenix’s implementation. We have been assured by the employer that their top priority is resolving issues with employees that are not being paid in a timely manner.

We understand this is a discouraging matter and we remain committed to working with the employer to resolve any issues as best as possible.
