The final results of the FI Community Phoenix Impact Study are available for review here.
This four-page analysis of the survey completed by over 1,100 FIs explores the nature of pay and compensation issues that were reported, their interaction with the Pay Centre, time and money lost to Phoenix and the effect on work/life balance Phoenix issues have caused for the FI Community. It also explores how ACFO will use the impact study going forward.

In addition, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has reported that employees have been receiving calls from an alleged recovery agency about reimbursing overpayments. However, PSPC is not using collection agencies for Phoenix overpayments. If you receive a suspicious call, do not provide any personal information, report it to your local police and contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
