Phoenix: Winter 2017 Impact Study results

The final results of the Winter 2017 FI Community Phoenix Impact Study are available for review on the ACFO website at the link below:

This four-page analysis of the survey shows the state of the Phoenix debacle as it currently stands and compares the results of the Winter 2017 study to the results of the Fall 2016 study. With conditions not improving, such as a stagnant number of unresolved cases and workload, or conditions even worsening in areas such as mental health, it’s clear that PSPC has not done enough to resolve Phoenix pay system issues and that additional measures must be taken.

The survey was completed by more than 1,200 FIs. Thank you to all who took the time to complete the survey. We will continue to assist FIs resolve their Phoenix issues, advocate with senior management at PSPC to take further action and share our survey results with both the media and opposition MPs to fix Phoenix.
