Under the public service collective agreement, financial officers who have their designation are entitled to have their CPA insurance reimbursed. This is part of your compensation and recognition of your value as accredited professionals.

However, we are aware that some FIs have not received their CPA insurance reimbursement. ACFO is working with Treasury Board to resolve this issue as soon as possible but it is important for us to understand the scope of the issue.

If you have not received your CPA insurance reimbursement, please contact Grant Boland at gboland@acfo-acaf.com as soon as you can. In your email, please include your full name, your department, your province, your nine-digit personal record identifier (PRI), the total amount of money owed and the number of years you have not received reimbursement.
