Phoenix Survey: Tracking progress and lingering impacts

After ACFO President Dany Richard presented the results of our latest Phoenix Impact Study to PSPC, the federal government committed to improving and speeding up its handling of Phoenix cases. It’s been one year since then and we want to hear from you about the progress of your cases. Is the situation getting better or not? Please take a few minutes to complete the survey sent to your inbox.

We encourage all FIs to complete this survey regardless of whether you completed the previous surveys or not, even if you haven’t been affected by Phoenix or your case has been resolved. This will give us a better picture of the proportion of the FI Community being impacted by Phoenix.

As in the past, the survey results will be presented to senior government officials as we continue to advocate for a better solution to the Phoenix debacle so the more accurate information we get the better we can represent your interests on this important issue.
