ACFO-ACAF is excited to announce that we will be holding two free half-day professional development events in the National Capital Region in March.

These afternoon PD events will include seminars focused on optimizing your performance management agreement and building a successful learning plan, as well as a Q&A with a Labour Relations Advisor that will answer your questions about your rights at work. Each of these events will be preceded by a complimentary Town Hall lunch.

We recognize that this is a busy time of year for all our members. We also know that the deadline for PMAs and learning plans is on the horizon, so we believe it is important to offer critical, relevant information and strategies that will help you achieve your learning and development goals.

If you are unable to attend the PD portion of the event, you are still welcome and encouraged to take part in the free Town Hall lunch, where ACFO-ACAF President Dany Richard will answer questions and provide updates on issues of importance to our community, including collective bargaining, staffing, Phoenix, pay equity and results from our recent State of the FI Community survey.

  • Thursday, March 7: Shaw Centre (55 Colonel By)
  • Wednesday, March 20: Palais du Congrès (50 Boulevard Maisonneuve)
