As part of our ongoing work to improve the staffing process for our federal public service members, ACFO-ACAF has developed a position paper on staffing, including three major recommendations based on feedback from our community.
We will be using this position paper to advocate for changes to the staffing process in conversations with the Office of the Comptroller General and with hiring managers in departments.
