As the time for year-end performance reviews draws near, ACFO-ACAF President Dany Richard will be hosting a town hall for all members to discuss Performance Management Agreements (PMAs) on Monday, March 15, from 12:00 – 1:00 pm ET on Microsoft Teams.
We know that the PMA process can be stressful and can have significant impact your career mobility as the employer uses them more and more. Therefore, we wanted to provide a forum to share information and for you to ask questions.
While topics covered will include your roles and responsibilities for your PMA as well as dos and don’ts, you will also be able to ask any questions you may have regarding your PMA anonymously using Slido.
