Applications for the 2021 ACFO-ACAF Scholarships Program are closing soon—don’t miss your opportunity to win $2,500 in scholarship funding!
The program—introduced in 2016 as part of ACFO-ACAF’s ongoing commitment to professional development and lifelong learning—will award $5,000 in scholarship funding for post-secondary education and professional development. Be sure to submit your application before Wednesday, September 1, 2021,for your chance to receive one of our two scholarships this year.
The two scholarships to be awarded are:
- The Merdon Hosking Youth Scholarship. Established in honour of ACFO-ACAF founder and former president Merdon Hosking, the one-time $2,500 scholarship is awarded to a child or dependent of a member of the CT Community that is currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree or diploma program at a recognized institution.
- The CT Community Professional Scholarship. A one-time $2,500 scholarship awarded to a member of the CT Community in good standing that is in pursuit of their CPA designation.
Applications must be submitted by email to scholarships@acfo-acaf.com or by mail by Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Winners will be announced at the ACFO-ACAF Annual General Meeting in November.
