Final notice of ACFO-ACAF’s 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is hereby given in accordance with Article 9.13.2 of Bylaw Number 1.
How to cast your vote
All of the pertinent information for this year’s Annual General Meeting, including a link to the package containing proposed resolutions and candidate information, can be found on https://my.acfo-acaf.com/content/22/agmpackages.aspx. If you have not already registered for the portal, you can find more information here: https://www.acfo-acaf.com/your-membership/membership-admin/.
Starting at 12:00 PM ET on October 28, ACFO-ACAF’s third party voting system, SimplyVoting, will issue voting information including instructions on how to cast your vote electronically. You will receive a personalized link to access the system and cast your votes. Please note that your link is tied to your ACFO-ACAF ID. If you lose your link, do not receive a link or need any other voting assistance, please contact Catherine Day by email at cday@acfo-acaf.com.
Online voting is open from October 28 until November 16 at 12:00 pm ET.
If you are unable to vote using the online system, please contact Catherine Day (cday@acfo-acaf.com) on or before November 1 to make arrangements for voting another way.
The nominations committee can confirm that only one nomination was received for the position of CT-EAV Director and would like to congratulate Toma Radev on his acclamation. No nominations were received for the position of CT-IAU Director and thus this position will remain vacant for the time being and then be filled as per the ACFO-ACAF bylaws.

In order to ensure the health and safety of our members during the fourth wave of COVID-19, this year’s AGM will be an exclusively online event.

The AGM will be streamed live via Zoom. You can register to attend the virtual meeting at https://events.eply.com/AGM17Nov20213364251. You can submit any questions you may have throughout the event via Slido.com using the event code #ACFOACAF.
