ACFO-ACAF is currently seeking feedback from CT-FIN-1s (FI-1s) who currently do not qualify for the CT-FIN-2 (FI-2) level and above due to not meeting educational requirements under the FI qualification standard.
Therefore, we are asking all CT-FIN-1 members who do not have a bachelor’s degree or a CPA designation to complete the following survey, which should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
We are seeking to collect as much data as possible around these members’ level of experience, education and the barriers they’ve faced to obtaining a promotion. The data will be used for collective bargaining purposes and for developing potential professional development opportunities.
