ACFO-ACAF is now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 Scholarships Program.
The program was introduced in 2016 as part of ACFO-ACAF’s ongoing commitment to professional development and lifelong learning. This year, we will award $5,000 in scholarship funding for post-secondary education and professional development—you won’t want to miss this opportunity or delay in submitting your application.
The two scholarships to be awarded are:
- The Merdon Hosking Youth Scholarship. Established in honour of ACFO-ACAF founder and former president Merdon Hosking, the one-time $2,500 scholarship is awarded to a child or dependent of a member of the CT Community that is currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree or diploma program at a recognized institution.
- The CT Community Professional Scholarship. A one-time $2,500 scholarship awarded to a member of the CT Community in good standing that is in pursuit of their CPA designation.
Applications must be submitted by email to scholarships@acfo-acaf.com or by mail by Thursday, September 1, 2022. Winners will be announced at the ACFO-ACAF Annual General Meeting in October.
