The last few months have been very productive for both ACFO and TBS. Both parties attended a mediation in December to try and find a middle ground on some outstanding issues. We were successful in reaching agreement on a number of issues and will move forward on these items. The parties have agreed to arbitration of the three remaining issues as soon as we can find mutually available dates with the Arbitrator and legal counsel.
Importantly, the parties have agreed to move forward with Phase 2 of the study. TBS will shortly begin sampling job descriptions for the targeted groups agreed to by the Parties. Once these sample job descriptions have been collected they will be provided to the firm conducting the Job Evaluation. We do not yet have a timeline for completion of Phase 2 of the study but will continue to update our membership as we move forward.
