Elle croit que le moment est venu de changer les choses et s\u2019engage \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans la promotion d\u2019initiatives en mati\u00e8re d\u2019EDIAR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019ACFO-ACAF, nous nous effor\u00e7ons de favoriser une culture d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019inclusion et d\u2019antiracisme (EDIAR) qui respecte et accepte les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents, les points de vue et les exp\u00e9riences propres aux personnes qui travaillent au sein de notre organisation, de la communaut\u00e9 CT (CT-AU, CT-EAU and CT-FIN) et de la communaut\u00e9 FI \u00e0 NAV Canada (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acfo-acaf.com\/fr\/a-propos-de-lacfo-acaf\/#:~:text=Appuyer%2C%20promouvoir%20et%20prot%C3%A9ger%20leurs%20droits%20et%20int%C3%A9r%C3%AAts%20individuels%20ainsi%20que%20ceux%20de%20l%E2%80%99ensemble%20de%20notre%20communaut%C3%A9%20de%20mani%C3%A8re%20%C3%A9quitable%2C%20diversifi%C3%A9e%20et%20inclusive.\">plus de d\u00e9tails sur la mission de l\u2019ACFO-ACAF<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous reconnaissons \u00e9galement que notre bureau situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Ottawa se trouve sur le territoire non c\u00e9d\u00e9 de la nation algonquine\u2009 anishinaabe. L\u2019ACFO-ACAF reconna\u00eet l\u2019oppression historique des peuples autochtones et la d\u00e9possession de leurs terres et de leur culture dans ce que nous appelons aujourd\u2019hui le Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019EDIAR?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le gouvernement du Canada a d\u00e9fini chacune des quatre composantes de l\u2019EDIAR en fonction de leur impact sur la fonction publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9quit\u00e9&nbsp;: <\/strong>Justice, impartialit\u00e9, exactitude. Un bon nombre de nos membres ont un dipl\u00f4me en commerce ou en administration des affaires et\/ou un titre professionnel tel que CPA, CIA ou CFE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons l\u2019intention de communiquer bient\u00f4t plus de renseignements sur la diversit\u00e9 de la communaut\u00e9 CT \u2013 soyez \u00e0 l\u2019aff\u00fbt de notre sondage sur l\u2019EDIAR qui sera publi\u00e9 au cours des
