Le projet de loi ayant obtenu la sanction royale, le 30 septembre 2021 deviendra la premi\u00e8re Journ\u00e9e nationale annuelle de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9conciliation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acfo-acaf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Info-Bulletin-National-Day-for-Truth-and-Reconciliation-July-19-2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comme l&rsquo;a confirm\u00e9 le BDPRH<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de loi C-5 cr\u00e9e un nouveau jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 sur le 30 septembre de chaque ann\u00e9e qui s\u2019appliquera \u00e0 tous les membres de l\u2019ACFO-ACAF en vertu de la convention collective de chaque classification comme \u00ab un jour additionnel lorsqu\u2019une loi du Parlement le proclame comme jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 national&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>CT-EAV (convention collective AU) : Article 12.01 (l)<\/li><li>CT-FIN (convention collective FI) : Article 22.01 (l)<\/li><li>CT-IAU (convention collective AS) : Article 30.02 (l)<\/li><li>NAV Canada convention collective FI : &nbsp;Article 25.01 (l)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e nationale est un pas vers la justice pour les communaut\u00e9s autochtones \u00e0 travers le Canada, mais de nombreuses \u00e9tapes suppl\u00e9mentaires doivent \u00eatre prises et du travail suppl\u00e9mentaire doit \u00eatre fait. Nous esp\u00e9rons voir avancer <a href=\"http:\/\/trc.ca\/assets\/pdf\/Calls_to_Action_French.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les 94 appels \u00e0 l\u2019action<\/a> de la Commission de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et r\u00e9conciliation du Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor devrait communiquer avec les employ\u00e9s au d\u00e9but de la semaine prochaine au sujet de la f\u00eate nationale.
