Certains membres ont pos\u00e9 des questions au sujet du nouveau rajustement des salaires. Le rajustement pour la fonction de contr\u00f4le du syndicat des finances reconna\u00eet\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">les perturbations<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0caus\u00e9e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0par la cr\u00e9ation du groupe CT.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ce rajustement des salaires sera fait apr\u00e8s les augmentations \u00e9conomiques de 2018 et de 2019. Les rajustements sont de 2 + 0,8\u202f% pour 2018 et de 2 + 0,2\u202f% pour 2019.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:312}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nous croyons sinc\u00e8rement qu<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">il s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">agit d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">une bonne entente qui met\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tout de suite\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">argent dans les poches de nos membres et qui nous place sur un pied d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e9galit\u00e9 avec nos\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">homologues de comparaison.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nous sommes s\u00fbrs que les augmentations \u00e9conomiques de cette entente d\u00e9passeront l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">inflation, surtout si l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">on tient compte du fait qu<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">il est fort possible que les augmentations au titre de l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale auront lieu au co<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">urs de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode (voir\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">plus d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">information sur l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ci-dessous<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">).\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le taux d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">inflation pour 2018 a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 2,3\u202f%, le taux d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">inflation pr\u00e9vu pour 2019 et 2020 \u00e9tant de 1,7\u202f% et 2,0\u202f% respectivement.
