\u00e9t\u00e9 conclue avec le Conseil du Tr\u00e9so<\/span><span id=\"E60\">r pour indemniser chaque fonctionnaire membre de l&rsquo;<\/span><span id=\"E62\">ACFO-ACAF<\/span><span id=\"E64\"> <\/span><span id=\"E65\">qui a souffert de<\/span><span id=\"E66\"> frustration et de d\u00e9tresse <\/span><span id=\"E67\">\u00e0 cause du<\/span><span id=\"E68\"> fiasco du syst\u00e8me de paie Ph\u00e9nix. <\/span><span id=\"E69\">L\u2019entente cr\u00e9e aussi un processus <\/span><span id=\"E70\">plus rapide<\/span><span id=\"E71\"> pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes non r\u00e9gl\u00e9s de Ph\u00e9nix et \u00e9tablit les param\u00e8tres d\u2019un processus qui pourrait accorder des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s aux membres qui ont subi une souffrance indue en raison d\u2019erreurs de paie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E72\"><span id=\"E73\">\u00ab\u00a0Il y a certainement encore du travail \u00e0 faire pour stabiliser le s<\/span><span id=\"E74\">yst\u00e8me de pai<\/span><span id=\"E75\">e et r\u00e9gler d\u00e9finitivement les nombreux paiements<\/span><span id=\"E76\"> insuffisants et exc\u00e9dentaires<\/span><span id=\"E77\"> <\/span><span id=\"E78\">en suspens<\/span><span id=\"E79\">, mais nous estimons <\/span><span id=\"E80\">que c\u2019est <\/span><span id=\"E81\">une entente de bonne foi avec un employeur qui reconna\u00eet que <\/span><span id=\"E82\">des<\/span><span id=\"E83\"> professionnels de la finance qui travaille<\/span><span id=\"E84\">nt<\/span><span id=\"E85\"> fort <\/span><span id=\"E86\">font<\/span><span id=\"E87\"> face \u00e0 <\/span><span id=\"E88\">des<\/span><span id=\"E89\"> difficult\u00e9<\/span><span id=\"E90\">s<\/span><span id=\"E91\"> <\/span><span id=\"E92\">et \u00e0 une incertitude <\/span><span id=\"E93\">sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent <\/span><span id=\"E94\">depuis<\/span><span id=\"E95\"> plus de trois ans<\/span><span id=\"E96\">\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"E97\">\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dany Richard, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;<\/span><span id=\"E99\">ACFO-ACAF<\/span><span id=\"E101\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E102\"><span id=\"E103\">\u00ab Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une mesure concr\u00e8te qui commence \u00e0 indemniser chacun de nos membres pour la frustration et la d\u00e9tresse qu\u2019il a \u00e9prouv\u00e9e<\/span><span id=\"E104\">s,<\/span><span id=\"E105\"> et qui cr\u00e9e un processus acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 pour l\u2019obtention d\u2019une indemnisation suppl\u00e9mentaire dans <\/span><span id=\"E106\">les cas les plus graves de difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res.<\/span><span id=\"E107\">\u00a0<span id=\"E97\">\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E108\"><span id=\"E109\">De
