Conform\u00e9ment au paragraphe 396(4) de <em>La Loi d\u2019ex\u00e9cution du budget<\/em> de 2009, la CERTFP a \u00e9tabli que la plainte n\u2019est ni \u00ab\u00a0futile, frivole ou vexatoire\u00a0\u00bb ni \u00ab\u00a0entach\u00e9e de mauvaise foi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ACAF a initialement d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sa plainte aupr\u00e8s de la Commission canadienne des droits de la personne (CCDP), puis la CCDP a renvoy\u00e9 cette plainte \u00e0 la CERTFP le 21 avril 2016, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de proc\u00e9dure expos\u00e9es au paragraphe 396(1) de la <em>Loi d\u2019ex\u00e9cution du budget<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ACAF et l\u2019employeur disposent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de 180 jours (six mois), ou de toute p\u00e9riode plus longue que la Commission pourrait autoriser, pour r\u00e9gler la plainte d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.
