\u00c0 la suite de la\u00a0d\u00e9cision arbitrale du 5 juillet 2013<\/a>, une nouvelle convention collective sera mise en \u0153uvre; elle comporte notamment des augmentations \u00e9conomiques avec effet r\u00e9troactif et une restructuration de la grille de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e0 compter de 2013.<\/p>\n

Vous trouverez ci-dessous une ventilation de tous les salaires FI par niveau, qui vous aidera \u00e0 \u00e9tablir votre nouveau taux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s la restructuration de la grille de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en novembre 2013. Pour utiliser ce tableau, vous devez d\u2019abord trouver votre taux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration actuel, puis passer \u00e0 la colonne en dessous pour obtenir votre nouveau taux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e0 compter du 7 novembre 2013.<\/p>\n

Il y a lieu de noter que la ventilation actuelle ne tient pas compte des promotions, de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration d\u2019int\u00e9rim et\/ou des dates anniversaires qui peuvent survenir apr\u00e8s le 5 juillet 2013.<\/p>\n
