Ce renvoi est conforme \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure \u00e9tablie dans la\u00a0<em>Loi sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du secteur public<\/em>\u00a0qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e en m\u00eame temps que le budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et qui a re\u00e7u la sanction royale le 12 mars.<\/p>\n<p>La CRTFP n&rsquo;a actuellement que le pouvoir d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer notre pr\u00e9sentation afin de s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;est pas futile, frivole ou vexatoire ou qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;est pas de mauvaise foi. Une fois ce processus achev\u00e9, nous devrions \u00eatre en mesure de vous informer des prochaines \u00e9tapes et de l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ancier.
