Cette s\u00e9rie d\u2019activit\u00e9s donne aux membres de l\u2019ACFO-ACAF l\u2019occasion de se r\u00e9unir \u00e0 l\u2019heure du d\u00eener pour discuter de sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la session de ce mois-ci, nous serons rejoints par Tiffany Cool de CCDI Consulting pour discuter de la mani\u00e8re dont les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s involontaires sont l&rsquo;un des principaux obstacles \u00e0 l&rsquo;inclusion qui existent dans le lieu de travail. L&rsquo;objectif de cette session est de donner aux participants des strat\u00e9gies qu&rsquo;ils peuvent utiliser pour am\u00e9liorer leur connaissance et limiter l&rsquo;impact des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants vont apprendre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faire la diff\u00e9rence entre les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s, les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, les pr\u00e9judices et la discrimination ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9valuer leurs sources fiables de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leurs pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconna\u00eetre les comportements et les d\u00e9cisions sur le lieu de travail qui peuvent influencer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s ; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appliquer des strat\u00e9gies pour g\u00e9rer les effets des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s involontaires sur le lieu de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La session en anglais aura lieu le&nbsp;<strong>vendredi 16 f\u00e9vrier, de 11 h 00 \u00e0 12 h 00 HE<\/strong>&nbsp;et sera&nbsp;<strong>directement suivie<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u2019une session en fran\u00e7ais qui aura lieu de&nbsp;<strong>13 h 00 \u00e0 14 h 00 HE<\/strong>.
