ACFO-ACAF is pleased to announce that the Law firm, RavenLaw LLP, and ACFO-ACAF have entered into an agreement that provides members three (3) free hours of legal services towards Long-Term Disability (LTD) representation in the event that a member is denied LTD coverage and the internal appeal process is exhausted.

RavenLaw LLP has thirty years of experience representing federal public servants denied LTD insurance before the courts. ACFO-ACAF represents members throughout the LTD application and appeal process but on occasion litigation before the civil courts can be required.

When contacting RavenLaw LLP, ACFO-ACAF members must provide all documentation submitted to Canada Life, along with any communication received from Canada Life.
