30th Annual General Meeting
ACFO-ACAF’s 30th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 21, at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa. Here’s how you can get involved:
1) Review the AGM Voter Information Package
We are pleased to provide our members with the AGM Package which includes all of the pertinent documents for this year’s Annual General Meeting, including:

2) Vote on resolutions and elections
Members are invited to vote on resolutions and elections using the online voting system starting November 1 until November 20 at noon ET. Details will be sent via the third party voting system provider, SimplyVoting, on November 1. ACFO-ACAF members can also vote in person at the AGM until 6:30 pm. Members wishing to have a proxy submit their votes in person at the AGM on their behalf need to complete a proxy form, which can be found here.

3) Attend the AGM
