ACFO-ACAF, in partnership with Data Action Labs, is pleased to announce the extension of a pilot to evaluate the new CT Academy: Data Analyst Track as part of the Joint Career Development Program.

The Data Analyst Track is for members who want to develop their skills in the following areas:

  • Data foundations
  • Data analysis and data science
  • Visual storytelling
  • Decision making and evaluation

The training is largely delivered in an online, self-directed format, meaning you can work through it on your own time and at your own pace. Participants will also have the option of attending up to six online lab sessions to dig more deeply into the material or ask questions of the instructors.

This track is addressed to members of the CT Community and aims to introduce them to the fundamentals of data literacy to empower them to become effective data stewards and data consumers. To ensure a productive and engaging learning environment, participants are expected to have prior experience with data transformation and visualization tools.

This course does not provide an introduction to Power BI or other visualization software.

The program will be offered in English during the winter semester. Given the program’s duration, please discuss it with your supervisor before applying. For more information and to apply to be part of the pilot cohort, visit our website
