As you may be aware, ACFO-ACAF and the employer reached an agreement in June of 2019 for a joint study in order to resolve our pay equity complaint filed in 2016.

At the time that this agreement was made, ACFO-ACAF expected the joint study to take up to two years ending in June of 2021. While the work will not be completed in this timeframe, we remain actively engaged. We are making good progress in establishing the parameters of the study in collaboration with the employer and with the help of third-party experts.

Rest assured that progress is ongoing. We thank our members for their patience as we work towards settling our pay equity complaint.
