As an ACFO-ACAF member, you may have been approached to be a representative on a health and safety or policy committee in your department. If this is the case and you’re currently sitting on a committee on our behalf, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
When members become committee representatives or volunteer ambassadors (https://www.acfo-acaf.com/about/acfo-ambassador-program/) for ACFO-ACAF, we conduct our own internal training to establish an open line of communication and set them up for success in order to best represent their colleagues.
Therefore, if you’re part of a committee and haven’t communicated with us, we thank you for volunteering your time to help improve your workplace and look forward to providing you with additional support. Please email volunteers@acfo-acaf.com with:
- Your name;
- Your department; and
- Any committee details (e.g. type of committee, location you represent, if you’re the primary or alternate representative, etc.).
