As we prepare for our next round of collective bargaining for our public service members, this is your chance to get involved and have your say on our bargaining priorities.

Complete the priority survey

ACFO-ACAF is inviting all members of the CT Group represented by ACFO-ACAF to take a few minutes and complete our Collective Bargaining survey, which will help our negotiating team to shape priorities for this round of bargaining.

This survey is your best chance to help shape our approach at the table. You will be able to tell us what matters most to you and make suggestions for new items to bring forward in bargaining. The member-led Collective Bargaining Committee (see below) will then use the results of this survey to inform our bargaining strategy.

ACFO-ACAF members received a link to complete this survey on April 7, 2026. If you did not receive the survey link, please contact communications@acfo-acaf.com. The deadline to complete the survey is May 5, 2026.

Join the committee

ACFO-ACAF is seeking volunteers to join the Collective Bargaining Committee as we prepare to negotiate the Comptrollership (CT) Collective Agreement. The current agreement will expire on November 6, 2026.

As a member of this committee, you will help assemble a list of priorities for the bargaining round based on the member survey and work with ACFO-ACAF staff to conduct vital research. You’ll also have the chance to join the negotiating team or another working group that supports the bargaining process

Participation is open to all members of the CT Group represented by ACFO-ACAF. The main committee meeting will take place in person over a weekend, with the exact date to be confirmed at a later time. Additional hybrid meetings will be scheduled throughout the bargaining process if required, with additional meetings generally taking place over the lunch hour or during regular working hours.

If you’re interested in volunteering on the Collective Bargaining Committee, please reach out to ACFO-ACAF Labour Relations Advisor Grant Boland at gboland@acfo-acaf.com
