ACFO-ACAF is pleased to announce the next session of our ongoing EDIAR Learning Series. These lunchtime webinars offer ACFO-ACAF members an opportunity to connect and explore important topics related to equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism (EDIAR).

This session will feature a presentation by Atif Rashid, a CT-FIN-03 from Environment and Climate Change Canada who excels as a resilience coach, international speaker, and stand-up comedian in addition to his work in the public service. Atif is a cancer survivor who underwent a lifesaving above-the-knee amputation, and he’ll join us to discuss how a positive mindset and the healing power of laughter can be powerful tools for overcoming adversity.

The session will take place on Wednesday, June 18, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm ET and will be hosted in English only. A recording will be available in the ACFO-ACAF member portal in the days following the event.

If you are interested in attending, please contact communications@acfo-acaf.com for the links to register.

For any questions about the session, please contact events@acfo-acaf.com.

Thank you and we hope to see you there!
