Attendance is limited to 18 participants. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and a waiting list will be maintained once the course is full.

Please discuss your interest in this course with your supervisor before applying to ensure you can attend for the full day.

The course

Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of any workplace. This course provides strategies to handle challenging discussions constructively and professionally, whether you’re providing feedback, managing conflict, or addressing sensitive issues. Participants will learn how to prepare for these conversations, communicate effectively under pressure, and achieve positive outcomes for all parties.

This course will be offered in French.
