How to cast your vote

All of the pertinent information for this year’s Annual General Meeting, including a link to the package containing proposed resolutions and candidate information, can be found on If you have not already registered for the portal, you can find more information here:

Starting at 12:00 PM ET on October 28, ACFO-ACAF’s third party voting system, SimplyVoting, will issue voting information including instructions on how to cast your vote electronically. You will receive a personalized link to access the system and cast your votes. Please note that your link is tied to your ACFO-ACAF ID. If you lose your link, do not receive a link or need any other voting assistance, please contact Catherine Day by email at
Online voting is open from October 28 until November 16 at 12:00 pm ET. 

If you are unable to vote using the online system, please contact Catherine Day ( on or before November 1 to make arrangements for voting another way.

The nominations committee can confirm that only one nomination was received for the position of CT-EAV Director and would like to congratulate Toma Radev on his acclamation. No nominations were received for the position of CT-IAU Director and thus this position will remain vacant for the time being and then be filled as per the ACFO-ACAF bylaws.
