Final notice of ACFO-ACAF’s 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is hereby given in accordance with Article 9.13.2 of Bylaw Number 1.
How to cast your vote
All of the pertinent information for this year’s AGM, including the package containing proposed resolutions and candidate biographies, can be found on the my.ACFO-ACAF portal. If you haven’t already registered for the ACFO-ACAF member portal, you can find more information here.
Starting at 12:00 pm ET tomorrow, September 17, ACFO-ACAF’s third party voting system, SimplyVoting, will issue voting information including a personalized link and instructions on how to cast your vote electronically. Please note that your link is tied to your ACFO-ACAF member ID. If you lose your link, do not receive a link, or need any other voting assistance, please contact membership@acfo-acaf.com.
Online voting is open from September 17 until October 6 at 12:00 pm ET.
ACFO-ACAF members can also vote in person at the AGM from 4:30 to 6:00 pm ET. Members wishing to have a proxy submit their votes in person at the AGM on their behalf need to complete a proxy form, which can be found here.
The nominations committee can confirm that only one nomination was received for each Director position. As a result, the committee is pleased to congratulate Toma Radev, Kim Romain, and Julien Cadieux on their acclamation.
Attending the AGM
The AGM will take place:
- Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm ET
- Rogers Centre (55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON K1N 9J2) in the Colonel By Foyer, located on the 1st floor
Those who register to attend the event in person can also register for a free cocktail hour from 4:30 to 5:45 pm ET, and a complimentary dinner will be served during the AGM proceedings.
This is a hybrid event, therefore if you’re unable to attend in person, you will have the opportunity to participate virtually by accessing the event audio.
