On this International Women’s Day, we are pleased to share that good progress is being made on the Joint Pay Equity Study affecting the CT-FIN Group with the second and final phase of the study well underway. We are now in the job evaluation segment of the study, which is the determination of the value, also known as comparable worth of CT-FIN female predominant levels and male comparator groups and levels. This work will inform the next steps in the study, which will determine whether there is a pay gap due to gender.

While we do not have a completion date, we are in the final stretch of the study.
