Mental Health and Wellness Seminar

We are pleased to announce that our Mental Health and Wellness Seminar returns for the fourth straight year, courtesy of the Joint Career Development Program. This free virtual PD event took place on February 7, 2024 and participants qualified for 4 CPD hours.

Juno award-winning singer-songwriter and mental health advocate Serena Ryder joined mental health practitioners and clinicians on the agenda as the Mental Health and Wellness Seminar continues to provide a mix of inspiring testimonies, actionable tips and strategies for both managing your mental health and supporting your colleagues.

This year’s mental health and wellness seminar is all about creating workplaces that are psychologically safe and how we can all play a role in supporting mental health at work.
