Mental Health and Wellness Seminar

We are pleased to announce our third ever Mental Health and Wellness Seminar, courtesy of the Joint Career Development Program. This free hybrid PD event is coming to Ottawa and the virtual stage on February 15, 2023. Registration is now open!

Juno award-winning singer-songwriter and mental health advocate Serena Ryder will join mental health practitioners and clinicians on the agenda as the Mental Health and Wellness Seminar returns for the third straight year.

As always, the seminar will focus on providing a mix of inspiring stories as well as tangible, actionable tips and strategies for both managing your mental health and supporting your colleagues.
