Yesterday, ACFO members received an e-mail, both at home and at work, requesting that they complete the 2004 ACFO Membership Survey. The e-mail that you were sent provided a link to that survey.
For those who work in departments that do not allow internet access through their e-mail system, members can please access the survey through our web site, by clicking the link provided below and input the passcode that was in your e-mail.
