ACFO event schedule during FMI PD week

ACFO has a full schedule of events and activities planned during FMI PD Week in Ottawa.

Come By ACFO’s Booth – Nov. 27 -30, 3^rd Floor Foyer

ACFO Directors and staff will be on hand at the Association’s trade show booth during the conference. If you are attending sessions during the week, stop by to pick up some great ACFO promotional items, discuss Association business or labour relations issues, or just put a face to the names of the people who work on your behalf to further the FI Community’s agenda.

Labour Relations Drop-In – Nov. 27, 1:30 – 2:30 pm, Room 203

Labour Relations advisors will be on site to answer questions FIs may have on general workplace labour issues. Drop in to get information about the implementation of new FI collective agreement, severance payout, Bill C-4 or other general workplace issues.

FI Social Mixer – Nov. 27, 5 — 8 pm, The 3 Brewers Pub

Come out to The 3 Brewers Pub following Wednesday’s PD Week sessions to network and discuss issues of interest with fellow FIs in a casual setting.

ACFO Annual General Meeting – Nov. 28, 6 — 9:30 pm, Room 205

At ACFO’s AGM, your Association’s Board of Directors will present financial statements, discuss the union’s management, outline the mandate and vision for the next 12 months, and announce the voting results regarding the budget, by-laws, and election of officials. All FIs are strongly encouraged to attend. Dinner will be provided, therefore registration is mandatory.
