As you may know, the collective agreement for FIs working at NAV Canada expired on February 6, 2024. Therefore, we wanted to provide an update on the progress made so far in our negotiations.
The bargaining team at ACFO-ACAF met with representatives from NAV Canada the week of January 22 during which we engaged in positive discussions leading to many substantial issues being resolved. Despite our progress, a few important issues remain unresolved including rates of pay.
Our bargaining team is scheduled to meet with representatives from NAV Canada again on March 25 to resume our negotiations.
