ACFO-ACAF is aware that the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) informed their members today that they have filed a partially successful claim, in which they requested that the Phoenix Damages settlement from 2020 be considered non-taxable.
Our team at ACFO-ACAF is researching the details of the ruling and we will be communicating with our members again once we have a better understanding of how this decision will impact the CT Community.
